Your Inspectors

Sohail and Shayaan Matin are working as a father & son team based in the Mississauga (greater GTA) area. Both are Certified Home Inspectors and registered with Canadian Association of Home and Property Inspectors. Sohail, the father, has a background in Masters in Mechanical Engineering, and is the lead inspector and technical expert. Sohail and Shayaan are working in tandem on inspections for higher quality reports and reduced inspection times, as we are committed to ensure the best in the market home inspection for our client.

As personal hobbies and interests, Sohail likes to play bridge, loves to travel and explore new places, and enjoys watching movies and the occasional TV show in his downtime. Shayaan, in the meanwhile, is passionate about sports, politics and loves following TV shows and movies as well.
